6 Steps to Selling Your Home

Step 1 of Selling a House: Photograph the Property

In some cases, I will be professionally shooting the property.  My goal is to present you property to as many buyers are possible. Pictures play an important role as these days the typical buyer will search the internet for available homes and they tend to gravitate to listings of properties with multiple pictures!  As well as work with third parties to film your property.  In the end I will explore the possibility of putting it on Youtube and other websites to expose your home to the tech-savvy buyer.

Step 2 of Selling a House: Install a For Sale Sign

Studies have shown that the visibility can be key, especially when attracting family and friends to your property.  My For Sale sign and Open House a-frame signs have been specially designed to grab a potential buyer's attention and draw them into your property.

Step 3 to Selling a House: Marketing

Work with you to craft a color brochure of your property with photos, which potential buyers can take with them.

Step 4 to Selling a House: Hold an “Open House”

Holding an open house on your home for the general public, targeting the neighborhood.

Contact agents that preview and/or show your property.  If I need be, I can have the lockbox read at any time.

Step 5 to Selling a House: Communication

Personally convey feedback from your showings/previews on at least weekly.  In general, I contact my clients every 2-4 days to touch base and update you on the state of sale.

Work with my lender's to pre-qualify/pre-approved all prospective buyers making offers.  Sometimes that means to cross-qualify with our own loan agent when hearing offers on your property.

Step 6 to Selling a House: The Finishing Touches

Present ALL offers, aggressively negotiate on your behalf, fight for your best interests.  Then open and successfully close your escrow so you can move on in confidence!
